Core Values
Flatlands Community Partnership and our local partners all share a deep commitment to our communities and constituencies who have been disproportionately harmed by the COVID-19 pandemic and suffered from extreme economic hardship, illness, and loss. Immigrants and low-income residents, who are not eligible for unemployment assistance and other benefits, often separated from loved ones and support networks, are especially hurting.
This condition of urgent need among the people we serve compelled us to undertake new initiatives, such as the emergency food distribution efforts to support the people our communities, where we live, work, play and worship.
We are all working together to create a better and safer Brooklyn.
